Aged Man Dies On Visit To Son

Joseph Collins of Dawson, Passes Away

Joseph Collins of Dawson, Ia., died this morning at the home of his son John Collins, 1345 south Twenty-fourth street after a short illness. Mr. Collins came to Fort Dodge about two weeks ago to visit his son. He was taken ill and his condition, because of his advanced age, rapidly became serious. He is survived by another son, Bert Collins, of Perry. His wife died a number of years ago.

The body will be taken to Dawson and the funeral held at the old homestead where Mr. Collins lived for fifty years, Sunday afternoon.
