JOHN E. POWERS and ELIZA POWERS (husband and wife), in consideration of $1700.00 do hereby sell and convey unto FRED BUSCHER the following described premises situated in Webster County, and State of Iowa, to-wit:
The south east quarter of the north east quarter of Section No. 30 in Township No. 88 North of
Range No. 27 West of 5th P.M. Iowa containing Forty acres more or less according to Government Survey.
