Anna Lahiff was born in County Clare, Ireland,
20 August 1820. She was married to John Daley and was the mother of seven children. Mrs. Daley was a resident of Webster County for 66 years and died at age 110, March 9, 1931. Her funeral was held in St. Matthew's Parish, Clare, IA. Anna was known throughout the state for many years as the oldest living resident of Iowa.
