I am seeking information on Josiah Poland who may have lived in Wayne County sometime around 1850.

Josiah was born in Pennsylvania on 9-22-1832--possibly in Greene County. He may have come to Wayne County with, or to be near, other Poland families that had moved there from Greene County, PA.

He married Eliza Minerva Christman on 12-6-1857 in Appanoose County, Iowa. They had 10 children born in Southern Iowa and northern Missouri.

I am especially interested in learning the names of Josiah's parents, siblings or other relatives and how, or if, he was related to the other Poland's who settled in Wayne County and surrounding area.
