I have a copy of the Wayne County Iowa Marriages September 1891 - July 1898.

They are listed in it, but there isn't much more information I can give you:
Marriage license - 823
Date of Marriage - 29JAN1892
Groom - Charles Thornton, age 37
Bride - Clara Marshall, age 18
