Services for Glenn Abrahamson Sr., 88, will be Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton. Family will receive friends Wednesday prior to the service beginning at 9 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorials are requested to the Russell Museum or the Faith United Methodist Church in Russell. Glenn is survived by his wife of 65 years, Justine; children, Robert (Jolene) of Albia, Dewey (Janet) of Centerville, and Elizabeth (Gary) Palmer of Corydon; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
