Funeral Rites to Be at Corydon Tuesday; Burial at Corydon

William E. Todd, 67, died at his home, 715 Delaware avenue northeast, about 3:30 o'clock Saturday morning, following an illness of about a year. He had been a resident of Mason City for the past 35 years.

Mr. Todd was born at Youngstown, Ohio, July 8, 1873. He came to Mason City from Corydon, Iowa, and had been employed by the Northwest States Portland Cement company for about 25 years, having retired a year ago on account of ill health.

Surviving Mr. Todd are his wife and two daughters, Mrs. Otto Fritz and Miss Beatrice Todd, Gerard, Kans. He was a member of the Knights of Phythians lodge and the Quaker church of Corydon.

The body will lie in state at the Major funeral home until Monday afternoon when it will be taken to Corydon for services Tuesday afternoon. Burial will be at Corydon.
