Carmen Black, 65, of Washington, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at home following a long battle with cancer. Carmen was born November 10, 1952, in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Omar and Dorothy (Baker) Black. Carmen is survived by one aunt, two uncles, five sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
