Jerold F "Jerry" Fisher, age 76, of Washington, Iowa, died Thursday, Mar 7, 2019 following a three month battle with a lung condition.
Jerry was born September 7, 1942, the son of Floyd and Ella (Havel) Fisher, at their home south of riverside, Iowa. His schooling began at Farmers School and his family moved to Crawfordsville where Jerry graduated high school in 1960. He was united in marriage to Jeanette Ross on December 29, 1963.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Fisher of Washington, Iowa, son; Jay (Michelle) Fisher; grandchildren; Andrea Smith, Kristen (Jered) Williams, and Devon Fisher; and great grandson, Jayce Williams, all of Ohio; brother, Keith (Doris) Fisher of West Chester,; sister Pat (Daryl) Owens of Washington, IA; and sister-in-law, Edna Fisher of Tuscan, AZ.
He was preceded in death by his parents' brother, Fred Fisher; brother-in-law, Ron Ross; and sister-in-law, Linda Ross.
