Mrs. Ehrenfelt Taken In Death Monday, Aug. 18

Mrs. Verda Ehrenfelt died at her home, 713 4th St. in Kalona on Monday, August 18, 1969 at the age of 83 years, 7 months, and 11 days.
A daughter of William and Louisa Small, she was born January 7, 1886 near Kalona. On November 23, 1902 she was married to Milton B. Ehrenfelt at Kalona.
Mrs. Ehrenfelt was a 50-year member of the Royal Neighbors of America.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ray Niffenegger, Ainsworth; four sons, Ray, or Paradise, Calif., Kermit of Pierre, South Dakota, Ward and Milton Jr. of Kalona; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, three brothers and four sisters.
Funeral Services were held at the Peterseim Chapel in Kalona with the Rev. John D. Woodin officiating. Interment was made in the Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona.
