Hochstetler.- Sarah B., daughter of Peter and Lovina (Stutzman) Beckler, was born at Milford, Neb., October 20, 1900; died of a heart attack at Kalona, Iowa, October 3, 1977; aged 76 years. On February 22, 1922, she was married to Ben J. Hochstetler, who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters (Ila - Mrs. Herold Bender and Fern - Mrs. Paul Marner), 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 2 sisters (Laura - Mrs. John Stoltzfus and Oilie - Mrs. Ora Hochstetler). Two sons and 6 brothers preceded her in death. She was a member of the East Union Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on October 6, in charge of Lonnie Yoder and J. John J. Miller; interment in East Union Cemetery.
