Clara M. Tooman dies here Friday

Clara M. Tooman, 90, of 113 West Third, died Friday, September 1, 1967. She had been failing in health for several years.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in Sherman – Eden Funeral Home with Rev. m. O. Smith in charge. Burial will be in Eureka Cemetery.
Mrs. Tooman was born here Nov. 15, 1876, a daughter of William A. and Caroline Meseke Potratz. She was reared in this county and married Aug. 8, 1918 to George Tooman. He died Aug. 31, 1946.
She was a member of the Methodist church, the Golden Age and Three – Quarters Century Club.
She had worked a number of years with her husband in the Tooman Harness Shop.
Surviving are a number of nieces and nephews.
