William "Bill" Hotle, 95, of Rock Island, IL., died Thursday, Feb 6, 2014. Mr. Hotle was born May 15, 1918, in Washington County, the son of William Clark and Mary A. (Wilkin) Hotle. He married Dorothy Barger on Nov 29, 1946, at Riverside United Methodist Church, formerly known at First Methodist Church, Moline. Surviving are his wife, Dortohy of Rock Island, IL.; two children, Bob and wife Sandy of Rick Island, IL., and Peggy Gromall and husband Jack of Moline, IL., five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one infant son; and nine brothers and sisters.
