Alma O. Nelson, 75, died Wednesday, July 10, 1985, at Maplewood Manor nursing home in Keota, where she had lived since Apr 1984. Mrs. Nelson was born Dec 14, 1909, in Stran, Iowa, a daughter of Isaac and Mary Lou McLain Good. She married Paul O. Nelson on June 26, 1928. Survivors include; three sons, William of Ottumwa, Russell of Jamestown, CA., and Robert of Versalles, MO., a daughter, Lynne (Mrs. Larry) Knepp of Keota; six grandchildren; a sister Eleanor Bacon of Jonesboro, TN.; and three brothers, Paul, Roy and Ross, all of Jonesboro, TN. She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
