Jay Kempf, 49, of Wellman, died Tuesday, July 30, 1991. Mr. Kempf was born Aug 26, 1941, in Wellman, the son of Walter and Alice (Fuller) Kempf. On Jan 8, 1960, he married Janice Graf in Wellman. Survivors include his wife, Janice; two daughters, Jeanne Koshatka and Janie Immerman, both of Wellman; a son, Jim of Coralville; four grandchildren; his mother, Alice, Wellman; two brothers, Kenneth and Fred, both of Wellman; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gerald and Ethel Graf, Wellman. He was preceded in death by his father and a son-in-law, Norbert Koshatka.
