Ethel Marie Graf, 83, of Wellman, died Thursday, July 2, 1998. Ethel was born in Washington, the daughter of William Clark and Mary Wilkin Hotle. She was married on Feb 2, 1935, to Gerald Graf in Des Moines. She is survived by her husband Gerald, Wellman; four daughters, Shirley Ann (Mrs. Bobby) Brendle, Catawba, NC; Marilyn Joyce (Mrs. Jack) Dillon, Wellman; Janice Marie Kempf, North Liberty, (and a special friend, Jim Martin), Cedar Rapids; Donna Belle (Mrs. Jon)Wade, Wellman; a special son and daughter, Bob and Beverly Schader, Osceola; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Alice Edgar, Washington; and one brother, Bill Hotle, Rock Island, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, four sisters, one son-in-law, Jay Kempf; one grandson, Barry Spradlin; two grandsons-in-law, Norbert Koshatka and John Griffith.
