William H. Hotle, 84, of Washington, died Monday May 26, 1975. Mr. Hotle was born July 10, 1890, at Washington County, the son of Jacob Samuel and Ida Reichard Hotle. He married Odessa Lester McNeese June 25, 1913. She died Nov 27, 1971. Survivors include four sons, Stanley and Keith of Marion; Paul of Denver, CO., Eugene of New York City, NY., six daughters, Mrs. Carl (Hazel) Crawford of Sun City, AZ., Mrs. Vernon (Virginia) Cavan, of Savannah, MO., Mrs. Virgil (Ruth) True of Kauai, HI., Mrs. Max (Norma) Huston, of Winfield, Mrs. Tom (Dorothy) Walker and Mrs. Robert (Kathryn) Ross, both of Washington; 20 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edward of Cedar Rapids, and James of Washington; one sister, Mrs. Howard (Velma) Leacox of Cedar Rapids. He was preceded in death by his wife and one son.
