John R. Griffith, 26, of Wellman, died Sunday, Sep 16, 1984. He was born June 19, 1958, at Savannah, GA.; to Richard and Marjorie Polton Griffith. He married Deanna Dillon Sep 27, 1980, in Wellman. Survivors include his widow; daughter, Sarah; parents; three brothers, Phillip of Wellman, Joel of Kalona, and Kendall of Iowa City; and grandmother Marcella Polton, of Kinross.
