Lucille Fulton, 83, of Washington, formerly of Crawfordsville, died Monday, Apr 27, 1992, at the Washington County Hospital. Ida Lucille Fulton was born Mar 7, 1909, in Washington County, the daughter of William and Mary Wilkin Hotle. On Aug 6, 1927, she married Clarence E. Fulton in Prescott, KS. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Joe and Maxine Martin, Crawfordsville; and a son and daughter-in-law, George and Meda Fulton, Washington; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Edgar, Washington; and Mrs. Gerald (Ethel)Graf, Wellman; and one brother, William D. Hotle, Quad Cities. Mrs. Fulton was preceded in death by her husband on May 5, 1969, her parents, and six brothers and sisters.
