Lifetime Washington County resident Lela M. (Mrs. Everett), 88, died today at the Washington Care Center. Lela Smith Beenblossom was born Jan 11, 1896, in Talbe Grove IL, the daughter of Lewis and Rhoda Brown Smith. On Nov 28, 1917, she married Everett G. Beenblossom. He preceded her in death on Oct 26, 1979. She is survived by two daughters, Ada (Mrs. Ivan) Hahn of Washington, and Velma (Mrs. Harold) Cortum, of Ainsworth; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one sister.
