In Response To: Elisha perkins (larry brule)

I found a Prole news item that mentions a Perkins Mill. It was published in the Sept 3, 1885 issue of the Advocate-Tribune. "Perkins & Son have their feed mill in running order at a cost of $1,500 and are prepared to grind feed on short notice. In connections with their mill they keep constantly on hand coal, flour, and corn meal for family use. Will sell or exchange for grain at the lowest possible price. Barbed wire constantly on hand."

I have a hard copy if interested in photocopy.
