St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery
HANF Mary G., wf of Joseph, Sep 10, 1824 - Dec 16, 1895
a short distance south is a G.A.R. Emb

The following is found in the Warren County, Iowa Registration of Deaths Book I:

HANF JOSEPH b Obershempfield, Germany d Sep 26 1888 St. Marys buried St. Marys, age 64y 4m 5d, sex M

The Record of Veterans Buried in Warren County, Iowa lists Joseph HANF, who fought in the Civil War, buried in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
