John B. Webster-James Laverty

I am looking for the father of John B. Webster. John died 1895 in Warren Co., IA. He was married to Mary Laverty. I am only guessing that a Johnson Webster might be his father as there was a Johnson on the 1820 census in Ohio, where John B. was born. Then Johnson shows up in Parke Co., IN as did John B. Both a Johnson and our John B. migrate to Warren co., IA in 1860 or after the 1850 census. By 1870 in Warren, Johnson has vanished.

I am descendant of James Laverty also, resident of Warren since 1854. His brother, Joseph, was in the Revolution from IN.

If there are any descendants of these families, I would love to hear from you. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you! Barbara
