Following from the "Cemetery and Death Records of Warren County, Iowa":

LEE, Polly, wf of David, d Dec 30, 1885, age 82y 1m 29d
LEE, David R., husb of Polly, d Apr 19, 1872, age 75y 11m 11d

The following person is buried beside Polly and David:
FISHER, L. b Feb 5, 1821, di Mar 18, 1895, Capt Co F 19th Ia Vol Inf.

I list this only because he is buried beside them and there is a 21 foot space on both sides of the graves. May be no relationship.

Following from "Book I 1885-1887 Warren County, Iowa Registration of Deaths":

LEE, POLLY, b Ohio d Dec 29 1885 Lacona buried Lacona, age 84y, sex F
