Charles Quinn, b. 1869, son of Patrick & Susan Quinn

Looking for information on Charles Quinn, b. 1869 in Iowa, son of Patrick and Susan Quinn of Jackson, Warren Co., Iowa.

I have a Charles Quinn, b. 1869, Iowa, married about 1890 to Mary Egan, b. 1864 in Minnesota. Charles and Mary Quinn lived in Hennepin Co., Minnesota for most of their married life, and I believe that both died in the 1920s.

Is this the same Charles Quinn listed in the 1870 and 1880 Iowa Census in Warren County, son of Patrick and Susan Quinn, both born in Ireland?

Any ideas or answers welcome!
