Joyce is survived by her husband, Carl; Scott (Kim) Meisel, Michael (Tammy) Meisel; grandchildren, Matthew (Jillian) and Mark Meisel, Stephanie (Dan) Norsten, Christopher (Chelsea) Meisel, Rachael (Kyle) Conrad; great-grandchildren, Dakota, Jacob, Makayla, Logan, Chase, Bryce, Rozlynn and Audrey. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Opal Steinkamp; sister, Marie Steinkamp.
