Martha Briley, 90, went to be with her heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 4, at 3pm at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle, Iowa. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 2pm. She is survived by her son Gary (Carol) and daughter Diane (Brian) Foster, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a sister, Darlene (Jack) Hoffa. Martha was preceded in death by her husband Albert, her parents, Hugh and May Sloan, sister, Louise Vance and brother Howard.
