(June 21, 1979 - August 31, 2017)

Barry Donald Robb, 38, passed away in his home, surrounded by family and friends, on August 31, 2017 following a courageous fight with brain cancer.
Barry was born June 21, 1979 to Bobby Donald and Karen Sue (McCullough) Robb. He grew up in Corydon, Iowa where he graduated from Wayne County High School in 1998. He started working with his dad doing construction at a young age, and eventually became a self-employed contractor. Most of his work involved doing remodels and building beautiful homes, including the home that he shared with his wife and children. Barry never met a stranger and made many lasting friendships throughout his life. He loved to spend time with his family and friends, enjoyed movies and music, and had a passion for sports, including Iowa State basketball and football, and NFL football.
Survivors include his wife Sarah (Powell) Robb, his son Brayan Robb, his daughter Kieley Robb, his siblings, Stacy and Randy Zerr of West Des Moines, Eric and Angela Robb of Pleasantville, Bryan and Melissa Powell of Parkton, NC, Kyle and Michelle Powell of Edgewater, FL, Megan and Brandon Summers of Bondurant, and nephews and nieces, Katelyn Robb, Tanner and Morgan Zerr, Camron and Taylor Powell, Hunter and Vivian Powell, and Collin and Spencer Summers, several uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Barry is preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Karen (McCullough) Robb, paternal grandparents Donald and Olivia Robb, maternal grandparents Earl and Pauline McCullough, and an aunt Jeanne McCullough.
There will be Celebration of Life gathering held on Friday, September 8th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Robb family home, located at 1110 E. Lincoln Ave., Indianola, Iowa.
