Phyllis B. Norgard of Carlisle passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Graveside Services for Phyllis will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Wallace Cemetery in Wick, Iowa. Phyllis is survived by her children; Gary(Kandee) Norgard of Altoona and Diane(Scott) Hill of Des Moines; grandchildren, Josh(Elizabeth) Miller of Des Moines, Garret (Uong) Miller of Des Moines, Ashlee Norgard of Ankeny, Jessica Norgard of Altoona, Lillian Norgard of Altoona and a brother Larry (Judy) Shuff of Carlisle.
