Christopher Alan Jorgensen
(September 22, 1988 - October 8, 2016)

We announce the passing of Christopher Alan Jorgensen on the evening of October 8, 2016 at the Taylor Hospice House in Des Moines after a long fight with cancer. Chris graduated from Carlisle High School in 2007 and had been employed at Amend Packing Plant for several years. A MEMORIAL VISITATION will be held Friday, October 14, 2016 at The Scotch Ridge United Presbyterian Church from, 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. His favorite meal of Sloppy Joes will be served during the visitation. Surviving is his girlfriend Savannah Marie Miller; father, Bruce Alan Jorgensen; siblings, Brandon Michael Jorgensen (Chelsea Wilson), and April Lynn Jorgensen (DeMareo Darrah); nieces and nephews, Kamden James Jorgensen, Rylee McKenna Jorgensen, Jordan Kay-lynn Allen and Brett Tyler Darrah and Willow Theresa Sue Darrah.
