Glen Ross Jr.
(April 16, 1953 - December 15, 2016)

Glen “Bud” Ross Jr. was born on April 16, 1953 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Glen and Nadine Ross; he passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Funeral services for Bud will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle, Iowa. A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm on Monday, December 19 at Peterson Funeral Home with a Masonic Service at 7:00pm. Burial of ashes will take place at a later date in the Carlisle City Cemetery.
Bud was a 1971 graduate of Carlisle High School and was a “Jack of all trades, Master of none”; he was most recently employed at Photo Printing in Carlisle. Bud was a 30 year member and Master of the Hartford Masonic Lodge #83; he was also a 30 year member of Southgate Chapter O.E.S. Bud enjoyed working on their soon to be retirement home in Missouri, camping at the Iowa State Fair and most importantly his baby girl, Tia.
Bud is survived by his wife of 44 years, Martha and son, Jamie; brothers, Rick (Dee), Pat (Mary Ann Feeley-Avery), Mike (Manuel); sisters, Barbara (James) Mason, and Marjorie (Terry) Sanson; mother and father-in-law, JoAnne and Merl Utsler, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
