Died – Mr. Henry Lukenbill died at his home three miles northeast of Sandyville, Nov 8, 1888. He was born in Washington County, Ind, Dec 1, 1816, and was nearly seventy-two years of age. He removed to this county in ’53 [1853], and has resided here ever since. He has been in delicate health for some time and was stricken with paralysis a short time ago from which he never recovered. He was a kind, affectionate husband and father, loved and respected by everyone who knew him. He was a public spirited man and will be greatly missed in this community. He leaves a wife and large family of children, all of whom were present during his last illness but Wm. B. of Nebraska, who is in delicate health and could not be present. The bereaved family have the sympathy of a large circle of friends.
