Obituary from The Des Moines Register newspaper, Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa, USA on 6-30-1991:

Paul Edwin Terrell, 70, of Lacona died of a heart attack Friday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mosher Funeral Home in Lacona, with burial in Mount Zion Cemetery.

Mr. Terrell was born in Lucas County. He lived in Des Moines from 1951 until 1978, when he retired to Lacona. He was the director of the emergency department at Des Moines General Hospital. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the Highland Park Masonic Lodge and the American Gelbieh Cattle Association.

He is survived by three daughters, Clean Ruth and Terin Dittmer, both of Lacona, and Cheryl Baldress of Detroit; and 11 grandchildren.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lacona Rescue Unit.
