Helen Frances Snuggs Parks, 75, of Lakewood, Colo., died of a heart attack Thursday, May 4, 1995, in Lakewood. Services were held May 10 at Christ on the Mountain Catholic Church of Lakewood, of which she was a member, with burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colo.

Mrs. Parks was born in Marion County, graduated from Lacona High School and attended Simpson College. She taught school in Warren and Lucas counties.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert.

Survivors include a son, Greg of Lakewood; four sisters, Marie Dittmer of Denver, Catherine Relation of Waterloo, and Ann Selders and Dorothy Panther, both of Lacona; and two grandsons.
