Obituary from The Des Moines Register newspaper, Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa, USA on 1-31-1993:

Gloria Joann Hair, 41, of Kansas City, Mo., died of cancer Friday at University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at McGilley Antioch Chapel Funeral Home, with burial at East Slope Cemetery in Riverside, Mo.

Mrs. Hair was born in Somerset and had lived in Indianola until moving to Kansas City in 1978. She had worked in the customer service department of Ames Supply Co., and was a member of New Life Evangelical Church in Kansas City, Mo.

Surviving are her husband, Earl; a son, Frederick Fridley of Junction City, Kan.; a stepson, Robert of Kansas City, Mo.; a daughter, Jennifer Jo Fridley at home; a stepdaughter, Leah Frazier of Plattsburg, Mo.; her parents, Russell Sr. and Olive Sinclair of Indianola; three sisters, Arlene Edwards and Nora Jean Edwards, both of Carlisle, and Coleen Dill of Willard, MO.; three brothers, Russell Sinclair Jr. of Springfield, Mo., Howard Sinclair of Woodburn and Cloyd Sinclair of Columbia, Ia.; and five grandchildren.

Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
