Obituary from The Record-Herald and Indianola Tribune newspaper, Indianola, Warren County, Iowa, USA on 10-8-1986:

Mary Caroline Wadle, 86, of Milo, died of cancer Saturday, Oct. 4, at University Hospitals in Iowa City. Her body was donated to the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences.

Mrs. Wadle was born in Lacona and lived most of her life in Milo and Lacona. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Milo.

Survivors include two sons, Gerald of Fairfield and John of Des Moines; three daughters, Ruth Wadle of Milo, Milda Wadle of Malvern and Mary Buckalew of Des Moines; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Augustine Church in Milo or the American Cancer Society.
