Obituary from an unknown newspaper on 11-17-1985, photographed from an Obituary Book at the City Library in Indianola, Warren County, Iowa, USA:

Services for Keith Botkin, 80, of 1003 Army Post Road, who died of a stroke Saturday at a Knoxville hospital, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Southtown Funeral Home. Burial will be in Belmont Cemetery.
Mr. Botkin was born in Milo and had lived in Des Moines since 1935. He was a retired bus driver for the Metropolitan Transit Authority and a World War II Army veteran.
Survivors include two sisters, Frances Dickerson and Katherine Sanders, both of Des Moines; and a brother, Robert of Santa Barbara, Calif.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today and until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Keith R. Botkin of Des Moines died Nov. 16 in the Knoxville Veterans Home. He was a retired Des Moines MTA driver. Services were held at the Southtown Funeral Home Nov. 19 at p.m. with burial at Belmont Cemetery, Milo.
Keith was preceded in death by his mother and father, Eva and Clarence Botkin; sister, Margaret Wishman; brothers, Richard, Lewis, Jack and Charles Botkin; and two sisters-in-law, Olive Botkin and Doris Botkin.
Survivors include two sisters, Katherine Sanders and Francis Dickerson, both of Des Moines; one brother, Robert of Santa Maria, Calif.; and many nieces and nephews.
