CHARLES W. PRALL
Charles W. Prall, 70, of MitchelIville, died of a respiratory ailment Feb. 29, 1996, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Services were held March 4 at Altoona Regular Baptist Church, where he was a member, with burial in Avon Cemetery.

Mr. Prall was born in Warren County and had lived in MitchelIville since 1964. He also had lived
in Runnells and Carlisle. He was a retired farmer and had been a custodian at Southeast Polk High School.

He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Farm Bureau.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline; two sons, Daniel of Mitchellville and Thomas of West Bend, Wis.; a daughter, Rebecca Schaeffer of Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Irene Brennan of Hartford and
Barbara Cogley of Des Moines; and five grandchildren.
