DEATH NOTICE:

OWEN, Ivan Phillip, of Indianola, Iowa, died on Sunday, June 5, 2011, at his home under hospice care. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2011, at the First Assembly of God Church in Indianola. Burial with military rites were held at the I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

IVAN PHILLIP OWEN ... Ivan Phillip Owen went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 5, 2011. He died in his home in Indianola under hospice care.

Ivan is survived by his loving wife, Barbara of sixty one years; daughter, Brenda [Gordon] Townsend; son, Donald (Vickie) Owen; grandchildren, Donald (Allison) Townsend, Amanda (Brandon) Sharp, Christopher (Faith) Owen, Heather and Amber Owen; great grandchildren, Raymee, Dalton and Drake Sharp and Emerson Townsend; and many nieces and nephews.

Ivan was preceded in death by his son, Gary; parents; and all nine brothers and sisters.
