Clifford J. Ingram

Funeral services for Clifford J. Ingram, 83, who went to be with his heavenly father on Sunday, December 26, 2004, in Phoenix, Arizona, will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 31, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial at the St. Charles Cemetery in St. Charles, Iowa.

Born in Decatur County, Clifford had lived in St. Charles since 1958. He was a farmer and had worked for R. & R. Welding Supply in Des Moines for many years. He was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Winterset and enjoyed hunting and fishing, dancing, woodworking and gardening. He had wintered in Apache Junction, Arizona since 1996 where he was active in many of the park activities.

He is survived by his wife, Laura; children, Sheryl Phillips of Tonto Basin, AZ, Randy Ingram of Indianola and Mike Ingram of Des Moines; step-children, Tom Daniels of Nashville, TN, Tim Daniels of Norwalk, Cindy Brumeelow of Des Moines, Mishell Cannon of Winterset and Carolyn Harris of Kellogg; brothers, Mark Edward Ingram of Allerton and Joseph LeRoy Ingram of Van Wert; sisters, Margaret Dickinson of Las Vegas, NV and Marjorie Langer of Casa Grande, AZ; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 30 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Memorials may be designated to his church.
