LEAP, SAMUEL T., farmer, West Washington Township, Sec. 8; P. O. Spring Hill; born in Illinois, in the year 1853, and came with his parents to this county, in March, 1868, and lived here till 1873, when he emigrated to California, returned to this county in September, 1876; he was married in this county to Miss Savanna Lockridge, a native of this State; he owns an improved farm of eighty acres.
