STANLEY EDGAR PRALL
Stanley E. Prall, lawyer and district judge, was born at Carlisle Feb. 13, 1905. His parents are Nathan C. and Nora M. (Miller) Prall. He attended the public schools of Carlisle and Simpson college. He later matriculated in the college of law of the State University of Iowa, where he graduated with the class of 1928 with the degree of bachelor of laws. Judge Prall has two children: Kathleen Nora, born March 16, 1934, and Edgar Stanley, born Jan. 12, 1941.
From 1933 to 1936 Mr. Prall was county attorney of Warren County. He left this office to represent the county in the house of the general assembly for two terms. During World War II he was an officer in the military government of the United States army in Europe, serving with the rank of captain. In 1946 he was appointed judge of the fifth judicial district of Iowa.
Judge Prall is a member of the local, state and American bar associations. He is a member of the Lions club. He worships in the faith of the Methodist church. In politics he is a Republican. Address: 410 West Second avenue, Indianola.
