Since the spelling of Laddsdale (vs Ladsdale) came up, I checked the old newspapers again and there are a lot of articles mentioning the town. Most from 1902-1905. In 1903 they were building 19 new homes; had its own PO, had a baseball team that was unbeaten. So it was up and coming!!
However, there is NO mention of a Laddsdale Cemetery in any articles. Some were buried in Eldon Cemetery so maybe that was close by. There was a RR track there as it was mentioned in a terrible train wreck where several people died.
1905 seemed to be the cutoff year other than some mentions of a Laddsdale Supply Co. in later years.
