Thompson, Harriett, aged 19, born Iowa (the age may actually be 9, but looks like 19)

Thompson, Marion M., aged 2, born Iowa

From the 1880 Federal census for Mantua township, Monroe County, Iowa

Tompson, Richard, head, 63, born Ireland

Looks as though Richard and Mary had a thing about Union army generals;)
