Looking for George Phillips. His divorce papers of 1897 state he went back to Iowa. He was white and a Trapper/Trader/Pan Handler by trade. He was married in Utah to Mary Margaret Fenton then settled in Idaho (Teton) where they were divorced. We don't know who his parents or siblings were, but he named his children by his marriage Frank Walter, John Alexander, & Rose Mae. None of those names come from the Fenton side so we're hoping one is in common with the Phillips line. Since there is a Phillips in Wapello County, maybe his family was there, but an overall search of Iowa may be necessary.
