Headstone

Appears (via the web site & photo's) that my Grandmother and Grandfathers Headstone has been placed in the original place, now in-line with the others after my Grandmothers passing in June. Would anyone/anybody have any insight to this? Why it took so (if it has been corrected) long to make this happen?
