WILLIAMS CEMETERY TOMBSTONES ARE MISSING

I think at the Historical Museum at the AMTRAK Station may have some tombstones stored which were taken in 1995 after the Curtis KIng Memorial Site was put in. This would have been at what was known as the Williams Cemetery of Chillicothe, Iowa. I have pictures of stones that a Williams family sent me of this cemetery and now none of these stones are there anymore. Why would the stones be destroyed for this so called roadway?
