Gary Elmer Blizzard, six weeks old, died at 3 p.m. Friday at the home of his parents, Private and Mrs. Elmer Blizzard 411 Appanoose street. He is survived by his parents on brother, and a sister, Linda Kay and Kenneth Edward Blizzard. He is also survived by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Blizzard of Ottumwa, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Giffen of Hedrick.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday from the Community funeral chapel in charge of the Rev. Charles Albin. Burial will be in Bethel cemetery near Delta. The baby’s father is serving overseas with a medical detachment in the Army. Burial will be made at the Woodlawn cemetery.
