John P. Allen, 78, died at 9 p.m. Friday at his home, 304 South Ash street. He was born October 24, 1865, in Sweden and came to this Country with his family when he was two years old. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sophia Allen and by five stepchildren.
Funeral services for John P. Allen, who died Friday evening at his home, 304 South Ash street, were held at 2:30 p.m. today in Johnson’s funeral chapel, Gilbert Adolpson, pastor’s assistant at the First Lutheran church in charge. Burial in Memorial Lawn.
