Orville R. Estes, 36, a moulder at the Ottumwa Iron Works, died at the Ottumwa hospital at 4 a.m. today following a long illness. His home was at 555 McPherson street. He was born September 22, 1907, in Ottumwa. Survivors include his wife, Nettie; two daughters Alice and Helen Estes, both at home, and his parents. Thomas Estes, Ottumwa and Mrs. Minnie Warren, Chillicothe.
Funeral services for Orville R. Estes, 555 McPherson avenue, who died Saturday will be held at Johnson’s funeral chapel at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, the Rev. Z. Everett Kellum of the Free Methodist church in charge. Burial will be Ottumwa cemetery. Pallbearers will be employees of the Ottumwa Iron Works.
